    Use the Recycling-Solid Waste Collection Center


    Residents using the Recycling-Solid Waste Collection Center (RSWCC) for recycling, trash disposal or for their scheduled appointments for household hazardous waste drop-off must bring:
    • Your most recent bill or copy of bill (60 days or newer, per City Code)
    • Photo ID
    If you are not a registered customer and you would like to print an electronic copy of your utility bill, please follow the instructions below:
    1. Click “One Time Payment” on the left navigation menu
    2. Click “Utility Services” in the Invoice Cloud (a secure Chandler Partner site) Payment Portal
    3. Input your Account Number, Customer Number and Service Street Name, then Submit
    4. Once your Account Information is visible, click “View” to view and print a copy of your utility bill and bring to the RSWCC with picture ID
